The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing in this action that the whereabouts of Samuel Clayton Bentley are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Samuel Clayton Bentley serve upon Gregory A. Bailey, Esq., 208 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 14, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
