The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing in this action that the whereabouts of Marie Lourdes Gachelin are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Marie Lourdes Gachelin serve upon Marcene Jean Laurent, 121 West 7th Avenue, Ranson, WV 25438, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 28, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
