The object of the above-entitled civil action is to obtain possession of a 2015 Clayton Mobile Home located at 7408 Upper Obrien Road, Frametown, West Virginia.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this civil action that Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Thomas William Santelli and Amber Gail Frame, without effect, it is hereby ordered that Defendants serve upon Marc B. Lazenby, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lazenby Law Office, P. O. Box 4968, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or defense which Defendants may have to the Complaint filed in this civil action, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication of this Order of Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Braxton County, West Virginia. If Defendants fail to do so, judgment may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Braxton County, West Virginia Circuit Court Clerk.
