To the Above-Named Respondent: It appearing in this action that Alyssa N. Thayer is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Alyssa N. Thayer serve upon Jefferson County Clerk’s office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before March 24, 2025. If you fail to do so, a judgment, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
