It is ordered that Karina M. & Derek A. Weasenforth do serve upon Honorable Loretta A. Spencer, magistrate, whose address is 50 South High Street, Suite 3, Romney, WV 26757, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 1, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Katrina M. & Derek A. Weasenforth at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
