The object of this suit is to obtain a modification of child custody against Respondent, Jose Balbino Rodriquez.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Jose Balbino Rodriquez are unknown. It is hereby ordered that he serve upon the Jefferson County Circuit Clerk’s Office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Respondent filed in this action on or before July 16, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A hearing is scheduled for Thursday, the 17th day of July, 2025 at 9:45 a.m. before the Honorable Christine Glover of the Jefferson County Family Court.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
