The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce. This is a publication by class II legal advertisement.
To the Above-Named Respondent: It appearing in this action that Carla Kim Crayle is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. This matter has been continued and a hearing has been scheduled for Monday, August 25, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.. It is hereby ordered that Carla Kim Crayle serve upon Jefferson County Clerk’s office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before July 25, 2025. If you fail to do so, a judgment, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
