The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce. This is a publication by class II legal advertisement.
To the Above-Named Respondent: It appearing in this action that Richard A. Rios Ramirez is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Richard A. Rios Ramirez serve upon Jefferson County Clerk’s office, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action, on or before March 2, 2026. If you fail to do so, a judgment, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A hearing is scheduled for the 24th day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Christine Glover of the Jefferson County Family Court.
