Behzad Touhidi-Baghini, Petitioner vs. Fereshteh Ahrahi, Respondent; Case No. 15-D-204
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that Fereshteh Ahrahi is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Fereshteh Ahrahi serve upon Robin Skinner Prinz attorney for the petitioner at the address of: 120 N. George St., Suite 200, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 17, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
