To the Above Named Respondent: It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Michael Allen Janney is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Michael Allen Janney serve upon Jazqueline Lou Janney, Petitioner, whose address is c/o 222 Main Street, Suite 220, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before July 30, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
