It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that Krista N. Angell (Warden) is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, and that the whereabouts of Randy Hamilton are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Randy Hamilton serve upon Petitioner’s Attorney Eric S. Black at the address of: 380 South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition for Modification and Contempt filed in this action on or before July 17, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
You are further notified that a hearing before the Honorable David P. Greenberg on the above styled Petition for Modification and Contempt will take place at the Jefferson County Family Court, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, West Virginia, on August 17, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
