ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is to establish the ownership and quiet the title to all of the property known as 845 Martin Luther Blvd., formerly Harewood Avenue, City of Charles Town, West Virginia and to establish that Aubrey E. Morris, her heirs, assigns and devisees have no right, title, claim or interest in and to the property which is the subject of this suit.
It appearing from the affidavit that Aubrey E. Morris or heirs, devisees or assigns are non-residents of the state or unknown, it is hereby ordered that Aubrey E. Morris or her heirs, devisees or assigns are hereby ordered to serve upon James B. Crawford, III, counsel for the Petitioners, whose address is 120 N. George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 an answer and any related counterclaim or defense that they may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 31, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment upon hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of the complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
