Wood, DOB October 13, 2000; Katelyn Wood, DOB September 4, 2002, and Levi D. Wood, DOB September 28, 2011. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Misty Wood, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Misty Wood, appear in the Office of the Honorable John A. Hutchison, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for an adjudicatory hearing on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Misty Wood, be advised of her right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if she cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
