Therefore, it is ordered that Victoria Keen and Kevin Browning do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 20, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Victoria Keen and Kevin Browning at any time thereafter.
