The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Thomas Allan Tewell are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Thomas Allan Tewell serve upon Laura E. Storm, Circuit Clerk, P.O. Box 1234, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 15, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
