It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of, the Unknown father of J.R. are unknown. It is hereby ordered that the Unknown father, Respondent, serve upon Marlee & John Rentkewicz at 550 Morison Street, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in this action on or before August 25, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
