The object of this suit is to establish custodial allocation.
It appearing in this action that the whereabouts of Kayla Day are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Kayla Day serve upon Moises Blanco, 414 S. West St., Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 3, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
