IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO. 15-C-767-B FIRST CENTURY BANK, INC., Plaintiff, v. JEANIE D. COLE, and other unknown inhabitants of a residence located on Old Eccles Road, Trap Hill District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION This action is brought against the named individual Defendant and others who may be unknown persons or entities residing in a residence on real estate known as Lot 21 of Oak Run Acres, Trap Hill District, Raleigh County, West Virginia. The Plaintiff is the only owner of the subject real estate and the named Defendant and others are residing there, refusing to remove themselves and eluding Plaintiff’s efforts to perfect service of eviction notice or otherwise. It appearing by Affidavit filed herein that the names and addresses of all persons that are involved in unlawfully holding possession of the subject real estate are unknown and that these persons may be interested in the subject matter of this action, it is ordered that the same do appear within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Order and take such steps as may be necessary to protect their interests herein. It is accordingly Ordered that the said named Defendant and any said unknown Defendants serve upon A. David Abrams, Jr., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is PO Box 5038, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense that they or any of them may have to the Complaint filed herein in this action on or before the 30th day of September, 2015.
