The object of this suit is to obtain custodial responsibility. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that Timothy Brian Royals residency is unknown. It is hereby ordered that he serve upon: Sara Beth Armstrong, 51 Cattail Run Rd., Charles Town, WV 25414, Petitioner, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before 9/25/2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can e obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
