You are hereby notified that your parental rights to Charles Michael Summerfield, born 3/16/08, and Neveah Dawn Summerfield, born 12/6/10, may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Harrison County and by serving a Response upon Angela M. White, Esq., Legal Aid of West Virginia, 110 S. Third St., Clarksburg, WV 26301. If you fail to respond within 30 days time, you may not appear in or receive further notice of these proceedings.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on the 2nd day of October, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. on the 2nd floor of the Harrison County Courthouse, Clarksburg, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge James Matish.
