It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Andrea Lee Heavner Haines is unknown to the Petitioner at this time. It is hereby ordered that Andrea Lee Heavner Haines serve upon Richard Allen Haines, Petitioner, whose address is 5000 Spring Gap Road, Slanesville, WV 25444, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before October 19, 2015 . If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
