The object of this suit is to obtain a modification of custodial responsibility. It is hereby ordered that Leesa Florek serve upon Mary Binns-Davis, P.O. Box 6008, Martinsburg, WV 25402, Attorney for Respondent, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 15, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
