The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment for non-payment of delinquent homeowner association dues for the year 2014 and to date, plus reimbursement for ground maintenance fees incurred since 8-12-15 on property located at 70 E. Wildwood Drive, Section C in the amount of $665.00, plus late fees at 6{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} per annum and court costs.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant is a non-resident of the state for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the state upon whom service may be had. it is ordered that Heather Waite do serve upon Joyce Purkey, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd St., Suite 12, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 10-19-2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Heather Waite at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
