The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that TIMOTHY WAYNE HILL serve upon YALANDA MYRAN HILL petitioner, whose address is 1114 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before October 23, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
