Hutchison, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a Final Improvement Period Review Hearing, on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the child may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated.
