Kirkpatrick III, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Josiah Bonifacio, DOB August 8, 2014 and Adrianna Bonifacio, DOB February 26, 2007. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Janae Mazzone is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Janae Mazzone appear in the Office of the Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a Hearing for Disposition of Janae Mazzone, on Friday, October 9, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., and a Permanency Review Hearing as to Josiah Bonifacio, on Friday, December 11, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., of those days and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Janae Mazzone be advised of her right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if she cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
