It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address or whereabouts of Respondent, Travis Eugene Long, is unknown to the Petitioners, it is hereby ordered that the named Respondent, Travis Eugene Long, shall serve upon Kirk H. Bottner, Esquire, Petitioner’s Attorney, located at 116 W. Washington St., Suite 2A, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Appointment of Guardian that was filed in this action on September 28, 2015 in the Family Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Order which is no later than November 7, 2015. If you fail to file an answer or otherwise appear and defend on or before the aforesaid deadline, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition which may affect your interests.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
