The object of the above‑entitled action is to seek an Order of the Circuit Court (Mental Hygiene Commission) to give permission to sell the real estate of a protected person.

AND UNKNOWN HEIRS
OF MELVIN A. KAYE
It appearing by Verification filed in this action that Janet Wood and any unknown heirs of Melvin A. Kaye are or maybe non‑residents of the State of West Virginia and may be interested in the real estate of the protected person. Janet Wood and any unknown heirs who may be interested in the subject of the above styled action by virtue of a deed recorded in Deed Book 446 at Page 627 conveying real estate to Melvin A. Kaye and said Janet Wood and any unknown heirs, whose addresses are unknown to the Protected Person, and who may be nonresident of the State of West Virginia, must be made parties in the above styled action, whose last know addresses are unknown.
It is hereby Ordered that the above named individuals serve upon Royce B. Saville, Attorney at Law for Gary R. Mulligan, Conservator for Melvin A. Kaye at his office address of 95 West Main Street, Romney, West Virginia, an Answer or other response to said Petition.
Please take further notice that you shall be allowed thirty (30) days from the date of first publication or mailing in which to answer or appear, to defend your rights. If you fail to do so thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken for the relief prayed for in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
