LUZ MARIE CORDERO, Petitioner vs. VICTOR LEE MOTEN, JR., Respondent; Case Number: 11-D-505
The object of this suit is to obtain a modification of child support and/or allocation of custodial responsibility. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that Luz Marie Cordero’s residency is unknown. It is hereby ordered that she serve upon: Victor Lee Moten, Jr., 4 Hommel Ave., Camp Hill, PA 17011, Respondent; an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before 1/5/16. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A hearing is scheduled for the 5th day of January, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with the Honorable Judge David Greenberg at 119 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
