And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant, Robert G. Johnson, was not found even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. It is ordered that Robert G. Johnson do serve upon Steve Massie, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before the hearing date and time of January 12, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Robert G.
