To the Above‑Named Potential Third‑Party:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Richard Levin is a non‑resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Richard Levin serve upon Jason T. Gain, Esq., Guardian Ad Litem for the minor children, whose address is 103 E. Main Street, Bridgeport, WV 26330, an Answer to the “Petition for Establishment of Paternity,” including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the “Petition for Establishment of Paternity” filed in this action on or before the next hearing on the 22nd day of March, 2016, beginning at 2:00 o’clock p.m. If you fail to answer the “Petition to Establish Paternity,” any rights you may have may be dismissed and you will be barred from raising any future claims.
