The object of this suit is to obtain Child Custody and Allocation of Custodial Responsibility.
It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Jennifer Underwood are unknown; it is hereby ordered that Jennifer Underwood serve upon: Jesse Underwood, 300 Cheney Ave., Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 13, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from they undersigned clerk at her office.
