ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to set aside the trust contemplated in the Last Will and Testament of James Alfred Brill in favor of Gregory L. Brill. The aforesaid Will is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia in Will Book 59 at page 100. Any persons having objections to make regarding the relief sought in this action shall appear and make objections within one month after the date of the first publication and do what is necessary to protect their interests. Failure to answer, appear, or lodge an objection to the relief sought may render any objections waived and the relief sought being granted.
A copy of the petition filed in this matter may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
