The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that John Carl Bauer is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that John Carl Bauer serve upon Deborah J. Bauer, Petitioner, whose address is 350 Rolling Ridge Road, Delray, WV 26714, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 18, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
