Notice is hereby given that:
1. On the 4th day of December, 2014;
2. in Marion County, West Virginia;
3. the Marion County Sheriff’s Department;
4. seized a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 (VINV: 1GCCT19W518127041);
5. owned by Natasha Metz;
6. in the possession of Natasha Metz and William Howard Long, Jr., at the time of seizure; and
7. pray for an order directing forfeiture of this seized property to the State, and vesting ownership of such property in the State shall be requested of the Circuit Court of Marion County, WV.
You have the right to file an Answer to this petition setting forth your title in and right to possession of the respondent property within Thirty (30) days from the date of first publciation. If you fail to file an Answer, a Final Order forfeiting the property to the State will be entered, and such Order is not subject to appeal.
