And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondent, Shalice R. Haire, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Defendant serve upon Petitioner’s attorney W. Scott Campbell and D. Geoff Varney, of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before January 16, 2015; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter.
