James Eldon Bowman, Petitioner vs. Sharon Marie Bowman, Respondent; Case No. 16-D-69
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Sharon Marie Bowman are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Sharon Marie Bowman serve upon James Eldon Bowman, P.O. Box 874, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 17, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
