It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Peggy D. Kerns is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Peggy D. Kerns serve upon David W. Kerns, II, Petitioner, whose address is 4330 Coldstream Rd. Capon Bridge, WV 26711, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before April 1, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
