It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Unknown Father and Maria Isabel Umanzor are unable to be located, having made a good faith effort to effectuate service, and that Unknown Father and Maria Isabel Umanzor residences are unknown, notice is hereby given to the above named parties that a Petition for Appointment of Guardian in the above captioned matter has been previously filed in the Family Court of Jefferson County by Oscar Umanzor Ochoa.
Notice is further given that a Hearing is scheduled for the 4th day of April, 2016 at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable David Greenberg located at 119 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414.
It is Ordered that Unknown Father and Maria Isabel Umanzor do appear at the time and place shown above, and serve upon Dale Buck, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 306 W. Burke Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401 an answer to the Petition filed in this action prior to 4/4/16 otherwise judgment by default may be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Jefferson County Family Court, 119 N. George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
