It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Toni M. Stringer is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that she serve upon Cynthia A. Gaither, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 2149, Martinsburg, WV 25402, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 28, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
