The object of this suit is to obtain Modification of Custodial Responsibility.
It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Yvonne a. Discini are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Yvonne A. Discini serve upon Bernard J. Discini, 219 Jenny Lind Dr., Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 14, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
