Kirkpatrick III, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of Elijah Wriston, DOB July 9, 2011, Patrick Mudd, DOB July 30, 2004, Andrew Wriston, DOB December 7, 2007 and Madyson Wriston, DOB May 29, 2010. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Edward Reichard, or of any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Patrick Mudd, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Edward Reichard or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Patrick Mudd, appear in the Office of the Honorable H. L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for a hearing on motion to terminate parental rights and/or disposition of respondent mother and a mid-point review hearing as to respondents Edward Reichard and Robert Wriston, on Friday, the 17th day of April, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Edward Reichard or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, Patrick Mudd, be advised of his right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if they cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
