And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendants, Jill Bowyer and Brian Willis, were not found after using due diligence. It is ordered that Jilly Bowyer and Brian Willis do serve upon Magistrate Greg Tanner, whose address is 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before the hearing date of January 16, 2015 at 7:30 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jill Bowyer and Brian Willis at any time thereafter.
