The object of this suit is modification of child support and contempt proceedings.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Rodney D. Poindexter, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Rodney D. Poindexter, serve upon Cinda L. Scales, attorney, whose address is 314 W. John St., Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before June 2, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
