The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $1150.00 plus interest and court costs. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member after service was twice attempted by the sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Mary Paul Rissler, Magistrate, whose address is 110 N. George St., Charles Town, WV, and answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 2, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
