Take notice that a hearing will be held before the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia on the 12th day of July, 2016 at 11:45 a.m., at 110 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414, at which time and place you may be present to protect your interests. It is hereby ordered that you appear and defend any such rights on July 12, 2016. A copy of the petition filed in this matter may be obtained in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
