The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $864.27 plus interest and court costs, and it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that even after due diligence, the plaintiff was t unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant, it is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Gail C. Boober, Magistrate, whose address is 110 N. George St., Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 14, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter.
