The object of the above entitled action is Personal Safety Order Appear for hearing at the Greenbrier County Magistrate Court, located at 127 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901, on August 23, 2016 at 3:00 PM Magistrate James Childers.
And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that after using due diligence, Service was attempted four times by the Sheriff of Greenbrier County in which the Defendant was known to be located. The Defendant was not served.
