And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. It is ordered that Larry Wood do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 6, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Larry Wood at any time thereafter.
