The object of this suit is to obtain Support and/or Custodial Responsibility. It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of George Daniel Saum, IV are unknown; it is hereby ordered that George Daniel Saum, IV serve upon Jefferson County Circuit Clerk, P.O. Box 1234, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 2, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
